WHY CHOOSE
BCS is a non-profit agency that assists individuals with disabilities and barriers to employment, find and maintain employment. We prepare, educate and empower our clients to achieve their employment goals.
BCS receives client referrals from the Offices of Vocational Rehabilitation and the Social Security Administration. Through these programs, our services are free to our clients.

Vocational Rehabilitation Eligibility:
There are four requirements for eligibility:
An individual must a physical or mental impairment;
The impairment must result in a substantial impediment to employment;
An individual must be able to benefit from vocational rehabilitation services in terms of employment outcome;
An individual must require vocational rehabilitation services in order to obtain or maintain appropriate employment.
